Painting in Another Colourscape

As the light in the room changes either in terms of brightness and whether it is natural light or artificial light getting the right HSV colourscape ranges was proving very difficult. Following conversations with a colleague at work, thanks Dan, he recommended investigating the YUV colourscape and using the Fiji image processing tool to find the best range values.

Here is an example of using the Fiji Adjust -> Threshold Colour tool to find the best ranges for Red in the YUV colourscape.
